GBS operates a centralised returns centre that is fully compliant with the Industry Returns Initiative (IRI), which has been operational since February 2005. This operates in parallel with a standard returns system. The unique system architecture allows returns to be processed for either system by client, by customer. For stock that requires destruction, the facilities on site ensure secure service by GBS’s own staff.
