Children's independent Nosy Crow has appointed Bounce! Sales and Marketing as its UK and export sales agency, and Grantham Book Services (GBS) as its distributor.

Nosy Crow’s first books will be published in January 2011. Bounce! is a specialist children’s agency whose clients include Templar Publishing and Piccadilly Press.

Kate Wilson, managing director of Nosy Crow, said: "We’ve taken our time to investigate our selling options carefully. Bounce! is a highly impressive organization with a children’s specialism and a good trackrecord. We were impressed that they have more people in the field than any other children’s specialist sales force, and by their ability to get to non-traditional retailers.
