Orders and Distribution: Orders for all the above publishers should be placed with Macmillan Distribution (MDL) up until Thursday 31st July. From Friday 1st August 2008 distribution of the above publishers will transfer from MDL to Grantham Book Services (GBS) and all orders and service requirements should pass through GBS.
Returns: Authorised returns relating to orders placed prior to 1st August 2008 should be sent to MDL until 31st October 2008. No returns will be processed by MDL after this date. All authorised returns after this date should be forwarded to GBS.
Payments: Customers should make payments for accounts due to the originating distributor.
