Orders and Distribution: From April 1st distribution of Thomas Cook Travel Guides has transferred from The Book Service (TBS) to Grantham Book Services (GBS) and all orders and service requirements should now pass through GBS.
Sales: Sales in the UK and Ireland will be handled by Lonely Planet while all other sales arrangements remain unchanged.
Returns: Authorised returns relating to Thomas Cook orders continue to be processed by the TBS/GBS returns centre.
Payments: Customers should continue to make payments to TBS.
