Since its inception in 1975, Grantham Book Services (GBS) has transformed itself from being an in-house book distribution service provider for Chatto, Bodley Head & Cape, to its position today as one of the UK’s leading third party distributors for independent publishers.

Its success has been largely based on building a team ethic dedicated to resolving individual publisher’s needs and dealing with issues before they become problems. The close relationship this fosters leads to the development of practical solutions to individual specialist needs.

We distribute 26m books annually – on behalf of 45 independent publishers – dealing with 4.9m order lines each year – and dispatching 500,000 parcels to world-wide destinations.
