Client Liaison

By establishing a contact network between the client publisher team and the relevant individual responsible within GBS, all client specifications and requirements are communicated and executed effectively.  The GBS Client Services Manager is the facilitator of any issues that require cross-functional involvement and acts as the first point of contact for the client publisher in the escalation process, a process which involves the management and executive teams when necessary to deliver resolution.

Publisher Meetings
Frequent meetings are held with all clients. Timings of these vary dependant upon publisher's requirements but can be held monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly. The aim of these meetings is to discuss any issues or concerns and to cover any updates across the publisher's and distributor's business. This is also an opportunity to update clients on any new products or projects GBS are working on.

Client User Groups
Held bi-annually, a large number of clients are invited from our two distribution sites (GBS and TBS). During the morning, a general distribution update is given by our MD, further updates on customer and credit services, IT and returns. In the afternoon, two separate operations sessions are held. We encourage questions and feedback throughout the day from our clients.
