In addition to the ancillary services department, GBS also offers a publisher requirements department - a dedicated team of people who deal with publisher needs and enquiries on a day-to-day basis.
A sample of the services offered include:
- orders for publishers’ offices or free copies to third party addresses
- orders for events such as the London Book Fair
- on-site and off-site author signings
- despatching samples to media reviewers
A range of additional services are also offered by IT, Logistics and Customer Services, including a dedicated author phone line. This allows authors to place direct orders for their books whether they are an account holder or cash customer.
